It’s the same Camborne made famous by King Charles, where he indulged his architectural opinions and built a small town.
I imagine that this postcard is quite rare. At least, I’ve never seen another.
The Wright Brothers were very famous at this time. So much so, that to have their biplane on a postcard from anywhere gave it a cachet of modernity and had novelty value.

There were a lot of commemoratives made at this time. Their flight was on the 17th. of December, 1903. As usual, http://en.wikipedia.org is a good source of information.
I could easily keep this but decades ago, I decided to be a dealer rather than a collector and so I must sell it. However, until listing it here, I’ve been putting it at the bottom of a drawer whenever I look at postcards. One day, there may be some sort of system but, until then, I shall continue to list postcards at random.
