Dollyland postcard c.1915

Dollyland postcard c.1915. At first, I dated this card as around 1910. But, because it was printed in England and not Germany, perhaps it was produced after 1914.
It has no postmark although it has been addressed. Perhaps it was sent in an envelope to protect the card as was often the case when sending a postcard to a collector.
The card is in very good condition apart from minor bumps to the corners.
On the back is printed: “At the seaside in Dollyland.” Raphael Tuck & Sons. “Oilette.”: (Regd.) Postcard 6494. Art publishers to their majesties the King and Queen. Printed in England.
On the front is the caption: “Is it cold?”
There is a series of these. I don’t know how many there are but, over the years, I have seen others.
I’m sure that there are collectors who particularly like wooden peg dolls and those who enthuse over bathing huts but where does one start/stop?
I can’t remember where I bought this card but there was a time when I’d buy almost any “Oilettes.” Eventually, I realised that there were hundreds of thousands of them which dampened my enthusiasm.
I’ve tried to find the artist of these postcards but failed. I suppose that a good rummage through museum collections would be worthwhile. Many museums have a collection of Raphael Tuck products, notably the Victoria and Albert: http://collections.vam.ac.uk .
