Orders placed online will normally be dispatched within 5 working days. I dislike going to the post office although the staff are very helpful.
A price for postage & packing to UK, Europe or USA can always be obtained by contacting us and we may dispatch to some other countries, please ask in your enquiry. Postage will always be charged at cost. I hate posting delicate things.
I attend fairs around East Anglia, the Midlands and London and am happy to meet customers there to deliver purchased items.
Should items arrive in a damaged condition this must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
In the unlikely event of damage, unless otherwise agreed, items must be returned to obtain credit.
